Introduction of ChatGPT– GPT, or Generative Pretrained Transformer, is a machine learning model that uses deep learning techniques to generate human-like text such as generating responses to customer inquiries, answering questions, or engaging in general conversation. In Real-world, businesses are using AI and ML technology to enhance customer interactions and improvise service. Nowadays we see that almost all big online portals irrespective of their nature of business – be it online shopping on any service provider such as telecom or electricity. They all have chatbots on their platforms to interact. Yes, these chatbots are not user friendly and unable to address the issues.
In media some people claiming that it may replace Google but looking at the current features and capabilities it will not happen so early. Google concept is different, it fetches the data whatever people have uploaded on internet on various websites, forums, journals etc and it may be more authentic. If I am looking for certain complicated answer in that case I have to get the answer by browsing multiple websites which has been fetched by the Google. Google will not solve our puzzles or mathematical questions or will not write customised programming code.
But here Chat GPT offers advanced technique, it automatically provides the best and relevant answer as per its inputs and training. It answers user’s queries, solve mathematical questions, do write articles, poems etc.
Secondly whatever output we get via Chat GPT is based on the input provided to it and the capability of its training model. The way we train, accordingly it gives output.
It is wonderful to experiment with such as to write an article on variety of subjects or to solve any maths question such as trigonometry. I tried it and it worked wonderfully and provided correct answer. But when I wrote same query differently, it got confuse and did not respond properly.

Drawbacks of ChatGPT– Chat GPT can not be used without login and it informs the user that it is storing the entire conversation or user history. In any case GPT requires user data in order to train it to make it more user friendly and efficient.
It can not be trusted fully so human intervention is needed in case of advanced information.
It will affect human brain efficiency for sure. It is a matter of great concern if humans specially children become addictive of AI based models for their day-to-day activities, for sure it will be matter of medical research to know its affect on brain’s efficiency. For example, we used to do mathematical calculations orally in childhood but in today’s time children are mostly dependent on calculator except those who are learning Vedic Mathematics.
However, Any machine can never replace human intelligence and as far as human like conversation is concerned it will not succeed fully because humans are emotional and social. Also it may lack common sense- as they say common sense is not so common.
